Beautiful sunshine and windy again. Did anyone see the sunrise? Red sky in the morning . . . .
My TV aerial is hanging upside down on the roof where it was broken off during the last strong wind. It's caught on something - hope it stays there until we can get up to mend it. It's quite good without the TV - but I really wanted to see the new 'Jam and Jerusalem' comedy tonight with Dawn French & co.

Morning!!
Yes, a beautiful red sky this morning - I've taken a couple of pics but they don't do it justice.
Shame about the tv aerial. What time is the Jam and Jerusalem comedy on - I could record it for you if you like.

BBC One at 21.30.
Thanks for offering to record it for me - we haven't got a video though, only a DVD.

Yep, positively brilliant out there... Forecast for tonight and tomorrow is rain, of course. How can it not be? After all, I'm off tomorrow! I should be out there getting my garlic in! (Yes, I know, I meant to do that last weekend... )

Turned out to be quite a nice day. When I was in Aberdeen at 1pm the temperature was a whopping 15 degrees but at 2.30pm back at home it had dropped to 7 degrees Brrrr!!

It's chilly here too - 6 degrees on the thermometer outside - I'm not sure how accurate that is though because it's very sheltered and on the window (radiator is underneath too!! )
According to the Met Office we'll escape the worst of the gales this time - fingers crossed everyone.
