Make sure people can find it. When Dale and I went in search of the creative waste exchange there was no indication whatsoever that it was inside the building and your place had no sign either. Nobody else on the industrial estate knew of your/their existence either at the time.
Beg pardon if you've seen to it since then, but if not, you will get more business if you put a big sign up. We only found it by chance because I came into the building to ask if anyone knew where it was. It was very frustrating
