Here's an interesting mini-series om BBC4 ... 4 episodes - this first one is about milk production, and you can get it for the next 23 days here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00jzjf8
Next episode is on BBC4 this Wednesday at 2100, or get it on BBC iPlayer. It's on 'fruit and veg' production, though the blurb says they're focussing on apples, strawberries and tomatoes, so there might not be any veg!
