Another stunning day.
We have been out planting trees.
Rachel fell and cracked her head on the shovel, so we have had to call it a day - the's got a sore headache and a wee cut. I wish head injuries didn't BLEED so damn much!

You guys are getting some good weather up there! It's dark, dreary and foggy again and really cold.
3.1 degrees at 3pm.
I hope your daughter is feeling better. Poor thing!

A Beautiful Crisp Glorious Sunny Day here today..
Robin and I took the dogs up through the woods for a walk and the sun was shining through the trees, naimh our Irish Setter chased a squirrel up a tree, was funny watching her trying to spot it.
I think there might be a wee touch of frost here tonight tho.. but the forecast for tomorrow is much the same

Thanks Shiney She had three very small nosebleeds afterwards and I was getting concerned, but she seems okay now.
We already have frost laying down.

Head injuries must be the order of the day.
We went for a mulled wine and a mince pie at friends this morning. When we got there, a little boy who was visiting got quite a nasty cut over his eye, from a bit of over excitment with a flying Thunderbird toy. It bled a lot too. My husband is an ex paramedic and was instantly called to check it out...we patched him up between us both. He'll have a scar for sure. He's OK.

Another beautiful day - really quite mild. A lovely sunrise and an even lovlier sunset. Working outside for quite a long time - even thought about a barbecue but never got around to doing anything about it.
All the poultry sunbathing and the wild birds singing away all day - it really could have been early Autumn.
