I would really love to have a go at cheese making. I know nothing about it and not sure if any Neeps do it already. I know a lovely man locally who I bump into dog walking, he makes cheese and plan to ask him about it. Also had wonderful conversation with the woman working in our library tonight. She says it's great fun. She knows alot of local 'Green folk,' and the odd Neep. Talked about Neeps that she'd heard of and Transition. Hand Book gone back, ordered the Time Line one now. (And she promptly put name down for hand book after the person queueing now. (Told her about Aboyne.)

Does anybody fancy it as a get together in the future?

(Cheese that is!   )
Beth

We've made cheese from goat's milk, and kimmie and mattie too I think. It's not very difficult and the results are tasty.

Hope the lady in the library joins us here too! Wonder which odd neep she knows, could be any of us

She's a friend of Maidenstone.

She's great!

Count me in, I am addicted to cheese and especially goats cheese. Would love to learn how to do.

Where are you K&M when you're needed.   I've tasted their goats cheese. Yum. One of them (help K&M) tasted a bit too strong for me, but then I'm a not a fan of very strong cheeses really.
