In the Green Diary, (Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City) November issue there's a competition sponsored by SNH. They are looking for an article to be written about an environmental issue/project that you care about. (Ohh if I were 13 -19, I know what I'd write about!) This could be a local place that's inspired you

, a global issue, wildlife in your area

or a local environmental project in your area.

The article must be between 200 - 350 words, include a picture and have a North East connection that you think readers would be interested in. 3 winning entries will be published in March 2009 issue.

To submit, email ann@reapscotland.org.uk Entries to reach by Hogmanay, include d.o.b. and school attended or contact details. There's an adress if problems submitting pics and the photo must be captioned. Anybody in pic needs to be happy about appearing in Green Diary. Pics cannot be returned.
