The following links are to help with migraine, headaches and similar conditions. I hope none of you have occasion to need them but if you do and you try any of these techniques out, it would be great if you would report your results and opinions here.

I waited for the woman to reveal the technique thinking 'any minute now the clip is going to come to and end' and then 'Was that it?'
Didn't she talk slowly too

i thought I'd put this here rather than start a new thread.
I've been experimenting with stimulating my endorphins for pain relief lately and I think it works.
My method is to put on music that gives me a lift and sing along loudly - never fails. It might not work for you but only you know what makes you feel a natural high.
I can't be sure whether the endorphins are working as a co-analgesic or if it is simply a case of mood affecting ones pain perception. I don't suppose it really matters as long as it works and you've nothing to lose by trying it if you have a chronic problem.
