Know what you mean... I splashed my way thru' the drive to get to the car... the joys of a gravel drive
Was surprised on the way in at how much standing water there was on the road, even more surprised by the guy in the large 4x4 who would always move out the the moddle of the road and almost come to a halt to go thru' them, when I was staying on my own side and splashing thru' them without any problems at all |

lol Iain... some folks don't want to splash their cars.
When D goes through a big puddle in the landie I always get soaked as there must be a leak somewhere - the water dribbles in just above the top of the door. _________________ Neeps Flickr Group - check out some of the fab photos from other Neepsters and share some of your own. |

Maybe that's the reason (ingress of water) as it was an old Disco he was in. Got to say my disco wasn't too bad for it, only water ever in it comes in the rear skylight windows occasionally, or condensation on the sunroof
...and yes, I am guilty of being a big kid and thinking I'm a rally driver going thru' a water spash each time (and seeing how large a "wave" I can get ). |

Just realised we have a severe weather warning... And yes, snow for tomorrow night. Just now, the water is seeping in through the sandbags in front of my garage. And I know what you are talking about, Iain - splashing along the gravel drive. How can you get your feet wet on a sloping gravel drive? No idea - but I can. It's a twin stream again... _________________ Ina |
